I am Corporate Counsel at Aramco Americas Company, where I have spent more than a decade advising on complex transactions, strategic initiatives, and operational matters across the business. My work has included aviation, commercial agreements, corporate governance, compliance, and cross-functional problem solving in support of Aramco’s broader objectives. Alongside my legal role, I have a strong interest in technology and meaningful experience leading technology-enabled process improvements, including legal operations tools, workflow optimization, and the use of data and AI-driven systems to improve efficiency and decision-making. I am particularly interested in how digital transformation can strengthen collaboration, streamline operations, and help large organizations adapt more effectively. I look forward to learning from this program and bringing back practical insights that can support innovation and long-term value within Aramco.
